In 2017, Ami founded Practice Partners, helping healthcare professionals grow businesses. In 2020, she launched Innovate Health Group, building a network of centers.

Ami is passionate about mentoring young business owners, fostering growth and innovation. As a mother of three and entrepreneur, she exemplifies work-life balance while achieving significant milestones. Recognised as one of Australia’s Top 40 Under 40 Entrepreneurs, her influence shapes the healthcare sector nationally. In my role with Innovate Health Group, I work closely with our Director and leadership teams to shape culture, streamline operations, and deliver strong business performance across our medical practices.

Alongside this, I work as a Healthcare Business Consultant with Practice Partners, supporting practice owners and managers across Australia to improve systems, strengthen teams, and build financially sustainable, patient-centred organisations.
I’m always seeking new opportunities to expand my skills, deepen my knowledge, and collaborate with people who are equally passionate about high-quality business and leadership.
